2. Client-Side Execution, Local Storage & Hardware

Our platform operates predominantly using local client-side browser technologies (HTML5 Canvas, Web Audio API, WebRTC, Web Crypto, MediaStream Recorder, and WebAssembly). By using these Services, you acknowledge that:

• Local RAM Processing: Your media files, documents, audio tracks, and calculations are processed directly within your device’s volatile memory (RAM) and are never uploaded to our remote servers for storage.
• Browser Local Storage Persistence: Certain workstation tools (such as Trading Journal, Staff Attendance, Payroll Ledger, Instant Cashier POS, and Weekly To-Do Lists) store your ledger entries locally inside your own browser's localStorage or IndexedDB cache for your convenience. Clearing your browser data, using private/incognito browsing, or switching devices will reset or remove this local data. You are solely responsible for exporting and backing up your records regularly.

3. Intellectual Property & User Export Rights

A. Platform Architecture Ownership

Unless explicitly indicated otherwise, kelana.net and its operators own all intellectual property rights to the website’s underlying source code, proprietary user interface (UI) layouts, custom DSP/telemetry algorithms, documentation articles, and brand assets. You must not scrape, clone, decompile, or redistribute our core application code or UI bundles for competing commercial platforms without prior written consent.

B. Your Ownership of Exported Media & Documents

We claim zero ownership over the files, documents, videos, images, or audio recordings you import into or export from our tools. All outputs generated via our workstations (including MP4 videos from Speed Video or Audio Wave Visualizer, redacted images from Photo Censor Online, screen recordings, CVs, and QR codes) are delivered free of platform watermarks and may be used by you for personal or commercial purposes. You warrant that you hold the necessary copyright or legal permissions for any third-party media you process through our tools.

4. Timing Accuracy, GPS Telemetry & Navigation Disclaimer

While our chronometers utilize native High-Resolution Performance APIs (performance.now()) and our telemetry apps utilize the Geolocation API (navigator.geolocation), software-based timing and browser GPS readings are subject to CPU throttling, background tab suspension, satellite line-of-sight obstructions, atmospheric interference, and mobile hardware sensor tolerances.

Safety & High-Stakes Warning:

• Road & Vehicle Safety: Never interact with, configure, or stare at a mobile device running GPS Speedometer, Track Lap Timer, or Cycling Computer while actively driving a motor vehicle or riding a bicycle. Always mount devices safely out of your primary line of sight and obey official road speed limits and vehicle mechanical gauges.
• Marine, Mountain & Aviation Exclusion: Marine GPS Chartplotter and Mountain GPS Tracker are secondary recreational aids only. They are not certified for primary maritime navigation (SOLAS), aviation, life-critical medical timing, or official Olympic/FIA regulatory adjudication. Always carry dedicated, hardware-calibrated navigation and safety instruments.

5. Financial, Trading Journal & Health Benchmark Disclaimer

Our quantitative workstations and calculators (including Trading Journal, Payroll Ledger, Take Home Pay, VAT/PPN, Credit/Loan, and construction estimators) are engineered strictly as mathematical planning and self-audit utilities.

To keep our 110+ workstations free and accessible without paywalls, our pages may display contextual advertisements managed by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense) and include links to external reference platforms or official social channels.

9. Acceptable Use Policy
